Alcohol-Free
Unlike traditional hand sanitisers where the alcohol is the main chemical that destroys any germs or pathogens, our unique sanitiser is created using water, salt and hypochlorous acid. Hypochlorous acid is naturally produced by humans and animals as part of their immune systems, and so is incredibly mild and doesn’t irritate skin.
If you suffer easily from skin irritation, you will know only too well how uncomfortable over time your hands can get if applying an alcohol-based sanitiser on a regular basis. Our unique hand sanitiser contains zero harmful chemicals that would usually irritate skin, and are totally safe not only to humans, but animals as well.
Fast-acting and lasts longer
Standard, alcohol-based sanitisers kill up to 99.9% of germs and pathogens, but anywhere up to 1000 virons out of a million, which can grow back within 2 hours in warm conditions. Research has shown that it can take as little as 5-8 virons to pick up an infection. Defend+ leaves 0-1 virons.
